Refund / Cancellations / Reschedule Policy


Reschedule/Refund:

Once payment is received, you are booked for the class. You must notify us 48-hours before the class starts to reschedule your attendance dates. You must arrive on-time! We are committed to teaching riders how to ride, safely; please ensure you are committed to attending the class and that your personal/work schedule is squared-away. There are no perorations or refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to ridersadvantage@gmail.com at least five business days before the scheduled start date of your class. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number, course name, and course dates. Incomplete requests can’t be processed for cancellation. You will be refunded the cost of the class minus a $45 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted if Riders Advantage is notified less than five business days prior to the scheduled start date of your class. Exceptions can be made if an emergency situations arise. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process.

Need to Reschedule?

Please refer to the cancellation policy above. You will be refunded the cost of the course you initially selected minus a $45 processing fee. At that point, you will be asked to re-register for the course that better fits your schedule. You will be expected to pay the full $210 registration fee.
